Your data, clearly explained.
We collect only what is needed to run accounts, publish listings, process bids, and understand basic site usage.

Data we collect
For accounts, we store your email, display name, authentication provider, and provider avatar when available. For listings, we store the extension information you submit. For bids, we retain amounts, status, timestamps, and Polar order references.
Visitor statistics
We create a random identifier in your browser to count unique visitors and estimate active users. We store first-seen and last-seen timestamps. This tracker does not store your name, email, browsing history, or the pages you visit outside ExtensionBids.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication, database, and file storage. Polar processes checkout, tax, receipts, refunds, and customer billing data. Google provides optional OAuth authentication and, when enabled, Google Analytics measures aggregate site usage. Their own privacy terms apply to data they process.
Public information
Approved extension names, descriptions, logos, categories, links, bid totals, counts, and ranks are public. Account email addresses and private payment details are not displayed on the leaderboard.
Retention and security
We retain records needed to operate the leaderboard, meet financial obligations, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes. Access is controlled with Supabase row-level security and payment webhooks are signature verified.
Your choices
You can update your display name from your profile and manage billing records through Polar’s customer portal. Contact @AhmedDionic on X for access or deletion requests.
